Shauna brings extensive experience from across industries, most recently building a successful independent consulting practice supporting mission-driven organizations in solving their strategic planning and leadership challenges. Though she started her career as an engineer, Shauna was drawn to make an impact in her home district, Richland County Public Schools in Columbia, SC, before becoming the Director of Strategy for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. 

Shauna has an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business, an MS in Engineering Management from Florida A&M University, and a BS from Florida A&M University. She currently lives in Charlotte, NC, where she is always on the hunt for her next DIY project and loves being just a short drive from her favorite people (her parents) in Columbia, SC.
