Erin is a veteran school leader passionate about creating learning environments that allow all students to thrive. She has been a Principal for over ten years, most recently leading a high-performing elementary school in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools where 95% of students exceeded their growth goals over consecutive years. She has led schools of all grade levels and models in multiple states, including Georgia and Texas, but, as a born and bred Charlottonian, is eager to support leaders across her home state of North Carolina.  

Erin has an MA in Educational Leadership from the Columbia Teachers College and a BA from Spelman College. She lives in Charlotte with her husband and bouncy toddler. When she gets time off, she loves to sip sweet tea, read, listen to Beyonce, and relax at the spa.
