Allie brings broad experience to the team ranging from marketing to district program strategy. Always drawn to socially impactful work, Allie transitioned from her early private sector career to work in education at Chicago Public Schools. There, she began as a teacher before leading district-wide out-of-school time strategy and STEM pathway programs. Before joining GSNC, Allie supported a range of education organizations with strategic program and business projects as an independent consultant. Born and raised in Chapel Hill (go Heels!), Allie is energized to continue the work she is deeply passionate about while having an impact on her beloved home state. 

Allie has an MA in Educational Leadership from the Broad Center, an MS in Elementary Education from Northwestern University, and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. She currently resides in Durham with her husband, son, and daughter. She loves to travel and explore local festivals and activities.
